At Voldmx, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Voldmx"), with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 12, Col. Cuauhtémoc, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, Mexico, we are responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (ARCO rights) the processing of your personal data. Your request must include: (a) full name and address or email for response communication; (b) documents proving your identity; (c) a clear and precise description of the data for which you seek to exercise your rights; (d) any element that facilitates the location of your data. We will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from the date of receipt.
Data transfers
Voldmx does not transfer personal data to third parties without your prior consent, except for the exceptions provided in the LFPDPPP, including requirements from competent authorities that are duly substantiated and motivated.
Security measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, unauthorized access, or processing. These measures include digital information encryption, restricted access protocols, and periodic audits of our systems.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. Any changes will be notified through our website www.voldmx.com and, in the case of substantial modifications, we will communicate them directly to the email address we have on file.
